COLLEGIATE ST. BASEMENT RENOVATION
This basement renovation was done for a client who wanted a comfortable workspace and lounge area. We installed a custom acoustic wooden ceiling for their in-home sound studio, and a wet bar for entertaining.

ST. VITAL BASEMENT RENOVATION
After experiencing flood damage, we had to rebuild this basement with a special touch , matching the existing 40 year old custom woodwork found throughout the house.
After fully gutting the space we installed all new electrical, plumbing, flood prevention back water valves and sump pit.
Then we finished the space with custom maple cabinetry with some very unique storage solutions. The tiled bathroom features heated floors for a luxurious touch!
The original staircase was too steep so we replaced that for safety and functionality.
We also installed all new windows throughout the basement with custom solid wood window boxes. The wet bar, shower and bathroom features solid quartz countertops.

We created a fully livable space after completely gutting the original basement. The end result features 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and wet bar. Custom flat black cabinetry and full height sliding doors add a unique touch.
